Yes. Every representative plan is a paid subscription. The calculator, guides and match requests are free for veterans only.
A flat subscription pays for advertising. There is no share of fees and no payment per case, which keeps the marketplace in line with the rules for accredited representatives.
A request counts when it is delivered to your inbox. Deleting or declining a request does not return it to your monthly allowance. The allowance renews with each billing month.
Yes. Yearly billing costs 50 percent less than monthly. When you move to a higher plan or to yearly billing, the difference is charged right away.
Cancel anytime in your account. Canceling stops the next renewal, and your access lasts until the end of the paid period.
All payments are final. We refund only a duplicate charge, a proven unauthorized charge or a complete outage of the service. Details are in our terms.
